With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the wellness industry, Kristen stands as a seasoned professional committed to transforming lives. An alumna of New Hampshire College and Trinity College of Natural Health, Kristen's educational journey reflects her passion for holistic well-being.
Kristen holds numerous certifications in diverse areas of study, showcasing her expertise in NAET, Emotion Code, and Computerized Biofeedback. As a certified instructor for the NAR Foundation, she extends her knowledge globally, teaching and inspiring individuals all over the world. Kristen's wealth of experience and commitment to health make her a respected leader in the industry, dedicated to empowering others on their wellness journeys.
Kristen specializes in detecting and balancing the root causes of unresolved health issues and for the restoration of the immune system, and treatment of physical disorders and emotional challenges.
Kristen has trained with a number of world renowned doctors and naturopaths, becoming proficient in multiple natural health modalities including Iridology, Energy Kinesiology, Nutrition, Herbology, Children's Health and Vaccinations, Bach and Bush Flower Remedies, and Holistic Childbirth Education.
In 2005, she was introduced to NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique) and opened her first NAET Clinic in 2006.
Since that time, she has studied EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), The Emotion Code, Functional Bio-Analysis, Weight Management, Addictions, NAET for Autism, and Whole Foods Lifestyle. In 2020, Kristen developed the VIBE Method for releasing unresolved emotions.
Her work has appeared in V Magazine for Women, Richmond Times Dispatch, and Mashpee Enterprise. She has been a guest speaker on WCOD Radio, and most recently has been teaching and sharing her expertise at the NAET European Symposium in London, England, Los Angeles, California, and additional places throughout the globe.
